  • A trundle bed beneath the sofa in the living room offers additional sleeping for one

  • Bed linen and bath towels for 2-4 persons are available at an additional cost of 45 euros, payable on arrival 

  • Price includes normal cleaning before and after rental period and utilities

  • No fires are permitted in the fireplace without permission; fires outdoors are prohibited, smoking is discouraged

  • The pool is  fenced.

  • **Excludes  cost of truffle hunts starting in December with a man and his dog(s)
